Gentrifying Neighborhoods in Major U.S. Cities

The Dallas-Forth Worth urban cores are experiencing a degree of gentrification as defined by the trends in these clusters, though there appear to be more orange ‘gentrified’ suburban tracts. The inner city areas have many tracts characterized by low growth in per capita income and increasing % black, while the more suburban tracts seem to be experiencing an increase in % Educated (as seen in the “Increased % college educated” tracts.
