This shows percent college graduates from 1960 to 2000. In 1960, percentages were extremely low across the board. Throughout time, the college-educated population increased and expanded from the western border of the city over time. The highest concentrations are consistently found surrounding universities like Harvard, MIT, BU, and BC.
